I was born and raised in Routt County,on Elk River. My paternal grandparents were homesteaders, and my maternal grandparents were the W. J. Werner family. It used to be that my friends didn't want to talk about anybody else around Steamboat for fear that I might be related to them. And most often, I was! Can we get a dialogue going here?
