Warranty Deed: Know all men by these presnt; that I, George W. Blair, Sr. of Scott County in consideration of one hundred and fifty dollars, tome paid by A.J. Essman of Scott County in the State of Arkansas, thereceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby give, grant, bargain,sell and convey unto the said A.J. Essman and his heirs a certain tractor parcel of land situated in Scott County, aforesaid, (?) and describedas follows: South West quarter of the South West Quarter Section five andSouth East quarter of the South East quarter of the South East quarter ofSection 6 and North East quarter of the North east quarter of 7 and thenorth west quarter of the North West quarter 8, in Township 2. North ofrange 3 west of the Fifty Principal Meridian containing one hundred andsixyt acres with all of the privileges and qppertenances thereuntobelonging. To have to hold the aforegranted premises to the said A.J.Essman and his heirs, in fee simple, ?, and I, the said George W. Blairfor myself and my heirs, executors and administrators, do convey with thesaid A.J. Essman and his hiers and assigns that I am lawfully seized ? ofthe aforegranted premises, that they are free from all incumberances, thtI have a good right to sell and voney the same to the said A.J. Essman asaforesaid; and that I will, and my heirs, executors andadministratorsshall, warrant and defend the same to the said A.J. Essman and his heirsand assigns, forever, against the lawful claims and demands of allpersons ? for the consideration aforesaid, and for ? other good andvaluable consideration, I N.A. Blair, wife of the said George W. Blair dohereby release and quit claims unto the said A.J. Essman all my righttitle, or possibility of Dower in or ? of the afore described premises. In witness whereof, we, the said George. W. Blair and N.A. Blair havehereunto set our hands this 11 day of November 1892.

Warranty Deed with Relinquishment of Dower. Know all men by these present that we A.J. Essman of Brawley, Arkansas and Normah Essman hiswife of Brawley (can't read) in the State of Arkansas for and inconsideration of the sum of thirty-three ($33.00) dollars to us in handpaid by M.H. Essman of Brawley Township, Scott County, Arkansas thereceipt where of is hereby acknowledged have granted (can't read) andsold and do by these present grant, bargain, sell and convey unto thesaid M.H. Essman and unto his heirs and assigns forever the (can't read)described real estate situated in Brawley Township, County of Scott andthe State of Arkansas to wit being a part of the north east quarter ofthe south east quarter of section seven in Township Two Norht of RangeThirty one West more particularly described as follows being a ten acretract of the south west corner of the said forty one tract known as theOld Mill Site with all the privileges, appertenances, and improvementstherefore situated, appertaining and thereunto belonging to have and tohold the same unto the said M.H. Essman his heirs and assigns foreer andWe the said A.J. Essman and Norah Essman for ourselves our heirs,exectors and administrators do covenant with the said M.H. Essman and hisheirs and assigns that we are lawfully seized in fee simple of the aforegranted premises; that they are free from all incumbrances, that We havea good right to sell and convey the same as herein done: that We and ourexecutors and administrators (???) enjoyment of said. M.H. Essman andhis heirs and assigns against all lawful claims and demands of allpersons and I, Normah Essman, wife A.J. Essman, the grantor, herein dohereby give in this conveyance and for the consideration afore saidconvey and (?) all right of homestead in and (?) said property and forthe consideration of (?) do hereby relese and (?) unto M.H. Essman heirsand assigns all my right claims and possibility of (?) and to saidproperty in testimony where of we hereunto set our hand this 7 day ofApril 1903. Attest W.A. Bates.

On this 7 day of April before me, W.A. Bates a Justice of the Peace within and for the County of Scott in the State of Arkansas dulycommissioned and acting appeared in person A.J. Essman and Norah Essmanto me personally well known as the persons whose names appear upon thewithin and foregoing deed of conveyance as the parties grandtors andstated that they had executed the same for the consideration and purposestherein mentioned and set forth and I do hereby so certify and I furthercertify that on same day voluntarily appeared before me, Norah Essman,wife of the said A.J. Essman to me well known to be ther person whosename appears upon the within and foregoing deed and in the absence of hersaid husband stated and declared that she had of herein full willexecuted said deed and had signed the relinquishment of Dows andHomestead therein expressed for the purposes and consideration thereincontained and set forth without compulsion or undue influence of her saidhusband intestimony where of I hereunto set my hand and seal of office assuch Justice of the Peace at the county and state aforesaid on this 7 dayof April 1903. W.A. Bates, J.P. My commission expires Nov. 11, 1904. Filed for record on this 8 day of April 1903 at 6:00 p.m. ? Duncan,Clerk and Recorder (?) May 7, 1903.
